What documents are required for renting a car?
After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 11 am PST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 11 am PST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

What is the cancellation policy for reservations?
Cancellation and Missed Reservation Policy Refund Amount: Canceling up to 12 hours prior to scheduled pickup time------ You will receive a refund of your prepaid amount, minus a $50.00 cancellation fee. Canceling within 12 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. ------You will receive a refund of your prepaid amount, minus a $150.00 cancellation fee. If your prepaid amount is less than $150.00 ---no refund will be issued. No show, or failure to pick-up your rental vehicle-----No refund will be issued. Rental is picked up, but returned early-------No refund will be issued.

1. Renter must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license issued at least 1 year prior to the rental. 2. Renter must present a valid credit card at the time of rental to cover the rental charges and a deposit for any additional charges or damages that may occur during the rental period. 3. Renter must return the vehicle to the designated location on or before the specified return date and time. Late returns will be subject to additional charges. 4. The rental rate includes unlimited mileage within the state or province of rental. Additional mileage may be subject to an additional fee. 5. The rental rate includes basic insurance coverage, which includes liability coverage and collision damage waiver. Renter may choose to purchase additional insurance coverage for an additional fee. 6. Renter is responsible for any and all damages to the rental vehicle, regardless of fault. Renter is also responsible for any loss or damage to the rental vehicle’s accessories, including but not limited to tires, keys, and windshield wipers. 7. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rental vehicle. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged if smoking is detected. 8. Pets are not allowed in the rental vehicle, unless prior arrangements have been made with the rental company. A cleaning fee of $150 will be charged if pet hair or pet odors are detected. 9. The rental vehicle may only be driven by the renter and any additional drivers listed on the rental agreement. 10. The rental company reserves the right to cancel or refuse any rental agreement at its discretion. 11. Any traffic violations or parking tickets incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter. 12. In the event of an accident or damage to the rental vehicle, the renter must immediately notify the rental company and provide all necessary information, including a police report if applicable. 13. Any changes to the rental agreement must be made in writing and approved by the rental company. 14. The rental company is not responsible for any personal property left in the rental vehicle. 15. The rental company reserves the right to charge additional fees for optional equipment, such as GPS systems or child safety seats. 16. The rental company may charge a fee for fuel if the rental vehicle is not returned with a full tank of gas. 17. The rental company may charge a fee for cleaning if the rental vehicle is not returned in a reasonably clean condition. 18. The rental company is not responsible for any injuries or damages that may occur while using optional equipment, such as GPS systems or child safety seats. 19. The rental company is not responsible for any damages or injuries caused by the renter’s use of the rental vehicle. 20. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
