Yes, you need insurance to book with us. However, if you do not have insurance, we still be able to help you. Please feel free to contact us via email or via phone.

Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pick-up will be subject to a cancellation fee.

Yes, multiple guests can drive the car you rent on John Empire, as long as they are all approved to drive. The primary driver (whoever rented the car) can add additional drivers fees or additional charges may apply. Only the primary driver can request to add drivers. We encourage you to request to add additional drivers before your trip starts.

To speed up the process, upload your additional driver ID. All drivers must have a valid driver’s license and meet the age requirements for the car you’ve rented. You can request to add drivers via email or phone call.

John Empire accepts most credit cards issued by major financial institutions, including American Express and Discover cards, as well as debit cards with a Visa or Mastercard logo that are linked to a checking account.

Apple Pay and Google Pay on mobile devices are also accepted, but John Empire does not accept cash or checks as valid payment methods.

Customers are responsible for any tolls, parking fees, or traffic violations incurred during the rental period.

A valid driver’s license issued by your country of residence is required and a valid credit card. International drivers must present a valid passport along with their driver’s license.

Yes, we offer delivery like airports, train stations, and hotels, or to custom delivery locations. You can have your car delivered for pickup and return at your hotel or vacation rental to save time and hassle. Delivery fees may apply!

Yes, we offer long-term rental to our customers.
